Prior to Microsoft, Joshua worked at Match Marketing Group digital division, WELD, where he was responsible for all technical matters that relate to design, development, deployment of web and mobile application architecture.
At WELD, the technology role is key in delivering outstanding results in concert with all digital marketing initiatives. Joshua played this part with a hands-on role from design to development for all of WELD’s clients, including Nestle Waters, Dannon, Pernod Ricard Brands, CVS and Dunkin Donuts.
Over Joshua’s career, he has been an integral part of many client relationships and engagements. Unilever, Bayer, Nestle Waters, Lexus, IBM and Wells Fargo were some of the leading companies that relied on his expertise. Whether he was delivering technical requirements and documentation or building mobile websites and applications, Joshua was part of it.
Many times Joshua would lead a technology team of developers, information architects and quality assurance analysts to deliver first in class web applications for major brands and clients. At other times, he acted as a technical architect and integrated with client technology groups.
Joshua’s expertise comes from a platform agnostic approach and promoting a client-first attitude. Technology stacks such as .NET, PHP, Java, iOS and more have all been utilized at some point of his technology career due to the diversity of clients. He has implemented Facebook campaigns for Nestle Waters, Klondike Ice Cream, Dodge Autos and Ram Trucks using .NET and Facebook API’s. Utilizing the ATG Ecommerce platform, he engineered and built Ecommerce applications for Readers Digest, Starwood Hotels and Infinite Supply. .NET applications were built for Nestle Waters, Wells Fargo and several Unilever brands. Utilizing his knowledge in PHP, Dodge, Ram Trucks, Citibank and Delta sites were built throughout his development career.
